Lucas was fantastic working with our 11 month old golden retriever. From basic commands, to reinforcing fundamental skills, and suggesting/adjusting additional commands, Lucas was fantastic. Our pup knew a lot already but was often distracted or overstimulated in the training classes but Lucas was patient and understanding week after week. Highly recommend!

I always have a great experience at petsmart on montauk highway in Babylon . But I am the problem lmao..I think I know it all when it comes to my Zach who is part havaneze and shitzu who has cottony hair very hard to manage.. but Jen put me in my place lol.. Zach gets matted fast and I always think I’m on top of it.. but I’m not obvi anyways, I pleaded with Jen please don’t shave him down I love his big fluffy hair, but she’s like I’m not gonna torture him pulling out his matts💕I’ll do my best.. but he will have to be shaved.And she did a great job!! I am very happy with her. She is tough love but-she’ll tell you the truth either you take it or leave it that’s why I like her so much..

My puppy aside went to training with lucas. Besides how great it is for socialization for dogs Lucas is the absolute best!!!!! what an incredible personality and def made to work with animals. Lucas makes you feel at home and gives the dogs love and attention. The class is very informative and teaches you incredible tools to work with and teach your dog. I would completely recommend the pet smart class as long as lucas is the trainer. He is outstanding!!!!! Five stars

I went to purchase dog treats. I put my credit card into the card reader. It froze. The register froze as well. The cashier could not unfreeze either of them so she unplugged the register and took me to the next register where I purchased the treats. Well, the charge on the register that froze went through to my bank account and I was charged twice for the dog treats! I went to the store the following day to speak to a manager, who said that they only show one charge and there was nothing they could do. She said that has been happening with their new system. She referred me to contact my bank, which is now conducting an investigation while I'm ou the money for the double charge for one purchase. As they know their charge system is making errors and they fail to do anything to remedy the

I love pet smart for myself because of every person that works there. Always helpful and kind. They know my dog by name and show him attention all the time. My dog knows where we are as soon as my car hits the parking lot and starts going crazy wanting to get inside to get groomed by Jen or Samantha and mostly to see Lucas, who has been training us. My Oliver just graduated puppy training tonight. The atmosphere of that whole entire store is so great that I am signing up for more classes for Oliver but also for me because I also like interacting with everybody there. Great store with fair prices. I always recommend training and grooming at Pet Smart to my friends. Oliver and I thank you all ♡
