Petco Grooming

My pup Sheri is a rescue and extremely skiddish. Nicole took her time with Sheri’s bath + deshedding appointment which made both me and my dog so comfortable, happy, and welcomed. She made Sheri’s coat look and feel wonderful ❤️

My dog & I have gone to see a few groomers here over the past 3 years who are no longer at this location. We recently started seeing Cory & she has been so great! My dog does really well with her!

Always feel very comfortable to drop off my dog at the West Babylon location. Staff is very friendly, courteous and professional.

If I could give this locations grooming services negative stars I would. My 30lb mini Bernedoodle needed just a bath, brushing, nail trim, and tooth brushing. Really just the basics. I should note that I brush my dog with a slicker brush every few days, as she is doodle and I want to avoid matting. My usual groomer couldn’t get her in, so I booked with this location online and noted the price of $50. This seemed reasonable. It’s important to note, that I have never had even a full grooming, including a hair cut, on my dog from anywhere else take longer than an hour and 15 minutes, and that is when she hasn’t been groomed in quite some time. Dog had not been brushed. Had matting in all the same spots that she did before I brought her in for a grooming. Coat was not blown out and straight as it normally is after a grooming. However she seemed to be cleaned well. Not being brushed is an issue though. I spent an hour brushing her at home and have been every day since to try to get matting out. Paid over $100 and my dog was not brushed at all. Very evident. I should be refunded in my opinion.
