Took my newfy there several times, she developed a hot spot when not dried properly. Mentioned it next time, did not make a big deal of spending couple hundred dollars getting it to heal. Went to pick her up several months later, her under coat was damp all over. Called to say I was not pleased with the service, I was basically told to find another groomer, that it wasn't a good fit! Never apologized for poor service!!! Wrote to corporate, even more of a joke. Full of excuses but never took responsibility for poor service. Said they had seen on video how anxious she was becoming and they never like to put dogs in that situation. LOL she was there for 4 hrs for just a bath and she had gone there for several months. My boyfriend got me this amazing little boy named scooter. He's cuddly, talkative, and playful and he loves his treats.

What a place! My fiance and I went today to update our aquarium and the lady working in the fish section was so knowledge and helpful. She was quite descriptive in helping us pick out our first Sea Snails and told us of some things to look out for. All new info for us. And also helped us figure out how to determine if Platys are male or female. Much to our relief we got all female fish! Overall awesome selection of fish. Decent prices and great sales/rewards too! If you are building an aquarium this is a great place to start, highly recommend!

Found all I needed for a new cat I'll be getting. However, when I pulled up for the curbside service for my huge order, couldn't get the app OR website to work. Had to lock my car & go in the store. Before going in the store, I looked at my order on the app & it looked like several items were out of stock. When I got inside, everything was in the cart. Employee said sometimes the app & website don't work properly. SUGGESTION: need to fix it..I don't know if I'll go back.

Took my Akita to PetSmart yesterday to get de-fluffed. She was looking like she belonged to the streets now she is an acceptable looking lady that is ready for a dog show! All thanks to Sasha and the team in the grooming department. I was also surprised at how clean and organized the store is. Had a lot of product to choose from. Would love to take my dog back there again when fur-mageddon happens.
