The young man at the cashier was uncooperative and unresponsive to customer inquiries. His demeanor was tough and unwelcoming. I will not be returning to this branch. However, the lady at the store was extremely helpful and provided excellent service.

Reposting my review here since the grooming department has a separate google page. DO NOT LET CANDI DO YOUR DOGS NAILS. Never taking my dog here again!! Took my two boys to get baths and haircut. Charlie went with Michael and came out super good. But Loki went with Candi he came back into the car bleeding all over the seats we checked his nails and they are absolutely butchered severely. See photos. He is so traumatized he wouldn’t even let me near them and ran away from me, I had to zoom in for photos. She needs to be fired for this. A mistake is a mistake, on one toe. Although in this case, they’re all messed up badly. To add, she did not inform me of this horrific situation. It’s so messed up. He is in so much pain. The young lady tonight 1/10/26 in the VCU sweater was quite unpleasant. The lady scanned my dogs food then she literally said “ go ahead” lmao. When it was time for me to pay…Like oh? Okay. No your total is blah blah blah or anything of that sort. Just go ahead

I just brought my senior dog, Dakota to get a bath here. She is 13 and very try particular. They took care of her and we were done in 30 minutes! All of the staff are so friendly! I highly recommend

If I could give no STARS I WOULD! Julie should not be allowed to groom dogs horrible employee. My golden doodle just need clean ears and a trim and nails cut. She pretty much shaved my dog barely trimmed her nails didnt clean his ears good and then charged me over $130 dollars! And took the payment in advance!!!! DO NOT GO HERE TO GROOM YOUR PETS!!!!
