I recently visited the PetSmart store in Upland and was impressed. The store is clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help. PetSmart offers a wide variety of items for all kinds of pets, including cats, dogs, guinea pigs, chinchillas, and even tarantulas. They also have adoption services, so you can bring home a new pet. Additionally, they provide convenient services like engraving tags and sell specialty items like skunk odor removal spray. Overall, my experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this PetSmart for all your pet needs.

I purchased a bag of Pro Plan cat food from Petsmart. Upon returning home and opening the bag, I discovered it was infested with bugs. I went back to the store to exchange the product and inquired about a discount to compensate for the inconvenience. The cashier consulted the manager, who then asked me why I was requesting a discount. I explained that it seemed like a reasonable gesture for the trouble. The manager offered a 10% discount and, unfortunately, responded rather rudely, without offering any apologies.

I've been taking my dog Oliver here for years, and if you want a great groomer who pays attention to detail ask for RICK! He always takes care of my boy and I REALLY appreciate it! Be sure and tip your groomer everyone!🤑

This PetSmart has everything. Inside there is a Banfield animal hospital, animal vaccinations, professional grooming and dog training classes. There is an excellent selection for all animals ranging from fish, rodents, reptiles to cats and dogs. On certain days this place hosts animal adoption events. There are plenty of toys and treats for all animals. Lots of options in the pet food aisles. A helpful and friendly staff and the management is good too. Definitely one of the better locations. Plus, not to brag but my dog, Hondo is the most adorable and well behaved companion of all time ha. Thus, I included lots of pics Haha. Enjoy.

I like this petsmart. The manager is really kind and helpful. They have a lot of options for toys, food etc. Rick grooms my cat and is so gentle and sweet with her - I’m so grateful. I do wish petsmart wouldn’t sell animals but that’s a company issue not a location issue.
