Sabrina groomed my dog Jhax. She did a great job and grinder his nails lerfectly. Everyone was helpful in the store as well.

This came out of my dog’s ears right after i picked him up from Petsmart. I called to let them know that I wasn’t happy with the service. The girl who answered the phone just wanted to argue with me. I asked to talk the manger and they told me to bring the dog back. I’m not going to drive all the way back to the store just to have his ears cleaned . For $120 the least you can do is double check him before you handing him over , no? I’m not going to waste my time driving back and forth. Good customer service would be to offer a discount for the next visit and/or an apology . But I guess you have too many customers and who cares about losing business?!

I recently visited PetSmart because I was interested in adopting a cat. While I understand and appreciate that the staff want the animals to go to good homes—and that they may prefer bonded pairs to stay together—I ended up feeling uncomfortable during my visit. The woman assisting me was very pushy about adopting both a brother and sister, to the point where it felt like I was being pressured and guilt-tripped. I completely respect their concern for the animals, but the interaction was not handled in a kind or supportive way. Instead of feeling guided, I felt talked down to and rushed, which made the experience far less positive than I hoped. I went in excited to adopt, but left feeling discouraged. I hope the store can focus on creating a more welcoming, understanding atmosphere for futu

They have grooming staff on select days to trim my cat's nails and they do a great job. Though he complains getting into his carrier and the car, once we arrive he resigns himself to the task and the groomers are very gentle and professional, to avoid winding him up. Call and schedule an appointment the same day.

Have had so many great experiences with the grooming department here, especially with the Harley! She has been so wonderful and patient with my anxious little dog and I truly appreciate the extent she has gone to in order to help with his anxieties when it comes to grooming and nail trimming. Also, the rest of the staff has given great advice as well!
