Staff here is so rude and condescending. I went in to look for a specific treat, which the store did not carry. The person working informed me they did not carry those treats. I said ok thanks and decided browse. This person followed me around the store telling me why they dont carry that specific treat and I am basically killing my dog with them. They continued to berate me and let me know that I am not a good dog owner if I continue to feed them thos treat. My dogs are active working dogs whom I cook fresh food for. These specific treats arw high value reward treats given sparingly. The staff member clearly had an agenda and wanted to make me feel.small. Will never ever return

Just wow! Most incredible selection of high quality food, treats, supplements and more for dogs and smaller area for cats. The service was awesome! Thanks to a super knowledgeable staff member I purchased a few treats and supplements for my 8+ year old dogs. Also, I was traveling and need to bath my two mutts… the dog was area here is kept very clean, easy to access the water, cleaning materials, towels and powerful hair dryer. Highly recommend!

Pet Food Express, buy 3 get one free! Great prices all all things for your dog or cat. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Try store is well run and organized. There are always people there either restocking for their pets or washing them in the Pet Wash corner.

Great self dog washing experience! If you’ve ever tried to wash a 30 pound dog in a bathtub with a sliding glass door, not only does it kill your knees but it kills your elbows as you rest them on the edge. No more! Pet Food Express’s dog washing stations don't require any bending over! The fee includes several choices of soap (I got the sulfate-free), towels, and they clean up afterward!. I was worried about fleas and possibly transmitting skin diseases to my doggie, but was told that they disinfect with “Rescue”, a veterinarian product, after each dog wash. Yay! That eliminated my worries. The dog wash is perfect for anyone with a dog scared of baths. Mine didn’t like it, but he didn’t squirm either. Special thanks to Alyssa, who has helped me multiple times when I've gone in.
