I know Emily personally and have had quite a few conversations with her so I know the quality person she is. She is kind, attentive, in tune with people and animals and will take care of you and your pup. I HIGHLY recommend her and her team. 5 stars and MORE! And yes my 90lb pup LOOOOOOOVES and adore her. How can you not.

I honestly don’t know if I love Jaycee more or if my dogs do. I have a rescued golden with pretty severe anxiety, and trusting anyone with her has always been hard for me. The idea of handing my dogs over to someone I can’t watch the entire time used to feel impossible. A few years ago, though, I took a chance on Jaycee—and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my pups. From the very beginning, she showed incredible patience, kindness, and care. She didn’t just groom my dogs—she took the time to understand them, to meet them where they were, and to gently earn their trust. That meant more to me than I can even put into words. Lily is 6 months old and this was her first full groom. Jaycee was so patient listening about details regarding what I wanted including showing her pictures, and patient with my questions about the products used. Along with being patient she listened and Lily’s cut was perfect! My neighbor has been using Barkingham and now I know why. I could tell Jaycee loved her job and animals. Will definitely use Barkingham in the future.

My family and I have been using Barkingham Palace for over many many years. I highly recommend Emily and her team. It’s always a pleasure working with them. They are so kind and take the best care of our animals. Every single one of my dogs has always jumped into their arms to get groomed and come out happier than ever looking so Furrbulous!!!
