DO NOT USE CASS as your groomer at Pet Smart. Called us halfway through appointment “unable to finish” We will be bringing our dog elsewhere. We were told “he didn’t want to give us his legs” not growling not biting, but just being restrictive when someone touches his legs. It just shocks me a company is satisfied sending a dog out the door looking like this and asking for a payment! Luckily we met in the middle and was not charged for this awful hair cut that is the only good thing that came out of it. My mother in law had a similar experiences, only used them because they are close will never send my dog or recommend anyone send their dog. CASS = terrible groomer

Great small pet store. Staff is always friendly. Always have what my family needs. Pricey,but that's to be expected in today's world. Im there once a week.

From the moment I walked in I was immediately greeted and helped out by the staff at this location. Chloe from the grooming salon was very friendly and helpful picking out a spray that would help my dogs balding patches and make him not be so stinky.

We love this store. Our puppy YANKEE loves to come get pampered at the groomers. Bath, nails, all that good stuff. We buy him the Blue Buffalo puppy food and the soft milkbone beef treats that come in a plastic jar. I love that they have classes and training sessions too.

James the groomer went absolutely above in beyond to meet mine and my puppies needs. He totally exceeded my expectations! When I dropped her off he made me and my dog feel super comfortable, and I know he was awesome with her because when he walked her out, her tail was wagging. She looks and smells great. Very happy customer and most importantly, a happy dog! If you’re hesitant to bring your fur baby here, request James. You will not be disappointed! ❤️
