Mass-RI Veterinary ER

Ive heard good things about the place and had to visit today. The staff was wonderful! I forgot my doctor's name already (long morning!) But he was amazing and so nice and compassionate! They understood I was on a budget and didn't run any unnecessary testing and the best thing is they figured it out very quickly! My cat was very sick years ago, and she is very old so I was terrified of what it could be. Luckily it's only a uti and she will be just fine but I found my new urgent care, and I absolutely recommend them. I think they are reasonably priced, absolutely cheaper than an emergency room, for the test she did have, the exam and medications it was under three hundred which is great to me! I'm very happy I called them. Thank you for helping me and my Funyuns!

I felt that great care was taken with our dog Carley. Options were presented clearly with potential consequences of each. We feel the clarity of communication allowed us to make the perfect decision regarding next steps. Carley is doing great and we appreciate the whole team! Thank you. We had such a wonderful experience at Mass-RI Veterinary ER. We called about our 2-year-old micro pitbull who had an abscess on his leg, and they immediately told us to come in. Thankfully, there was no wait when we arrived. The staff was very attentive, explained everything clearly, and provided us with different options moving forward. We were able to have the procedure done that same night, and everything went smoothly. They were so pleasant and caring toward both us and our baby. We truly appreciate everything they did for our family. Everyone we encountered was kind and professional. We will definitely be returning if we ever need emergency care again.

My cat was seen as soon as we walked through the door! The care taken with each pet is excellent. My cat stayed for two days to be treated and each day the staff called to update me on how he was doing and answered all my questions and concerns. The staff are very friendly and compassionate I would highly recommend coming here for emergency care needed for you’re pet!

Mass RI-Vet is hands down the best. I wish they were a regular office as well as emergency. You guys are always there when we need you. No matter what. Everyone is so kind, understanding. No pressure to do anything we don't want to do. They take the time to educate and help us make decisions. I think her name was Nicole. And we didn't meet her our last visit, it was during the summer of 2025. Our dog Gus, who sadly passed away from cancer. We took him to see you guys and she sat with my parents and talked to us and helped us so much, she went above and beyond when she didn't need too.
