Do not take your dog to get groomed here!!! Took my dog 3 times and each time looked worse and worse. The groomers seem very inexperienced and the same lady cut off all my dogs hair to the skin!!! Not only is she basically hairless now but it’s also very choppy in areas like she got cut in the dark. Her tail was the only thing not touched whhhhyyyy would someone do this !!!Her name is Naomi so whatever you do don’t book with her! Not like it seems to matter because I booked the last two times with someone else at salon and she still ended up being the one who cut her hair!!! Which is wrong! You’re supposed to get who you booked with!!! asked to keep it on the longer side but she needed a trim. She had beautiful golden doodle fur!!! Now even my dog seems embarrassed to be seen like this my

It's pretty good. Typical PetSmart style, they have good customer service here which earns them a 4th star. Never once have I had an issue and in fact have been taught a lot from the staff, from my shrimp/fish tanks to my dog. I come here often.

I came here with my toddler to get food for my dogs and cats and ended up walking around a bit. In addition to a wide range of food options—from lower-priced to top-of-the-line—they have a lovely display of different fish and a few amphibians. When we visited, they also had a very cute black-and-white cat up for adoption, which ended up being my son’s favorite part. The woman who checked us out was very friendly and signed me up for the customer rewards program. I’m looking forward to coming back next month with my little guy to restock on dog and cat food.

My Maltese got groom there. Grooming came out great. But when got home was limping back left leg. Thought it was nail too short. Apparently not. Don't know if he twisted the wrong way. Called up store manager. He was very nice and accommodatable. But the vet hospital in petsmart not so nice. Vet lady Trying to put words in my mouth giving me a weird look They thought I want something for nothing. They didn't even examine him in front of me. That's all I wanted. And the doctor didn't even talk to me. They had the store manager. Tell me what they seen Telling me You have to go back to your own vet and see what they want to do. So basically closing the door in my face. Acting like they Don't want to get involved. At least act like you care a little bit. Shouldn't be always about money. So
