I always have an amazing experience at Pocono Peak Veterinary Center. From the moment I walk in, the receptionists greet us with a warm smile and make us feel welcome every single time. The nurses and doctors are incredible—caring, patient, and always taking the time to explain everything clearly. They treat my dog with so much compassion and make each visit stress-free. I genuinely appreciate the entire team and highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality care for their pets.

The team at Pocono Peak Veterinary Center are second to none. The day we got our puppy we gave them a call to schedule his first visit and the process has been seamless ever since. From the receptionists, to the care team, to the doctors, every single person has been knowledgeable and treat us and our fur baby with the utmost respect and kindness (especially because this is our first time as a pet parent!) I cannot recommend PPVC enough. Rachel was extremely kind, helpful, patient, and answered all of our questions (even if we had 100!) The facilities are very clean, updated, and inviting. We also love that they intentionally give you a different doctor each scheduled visit so you can choose which doctor is right for you and your fur baby. A truly amazing veterinary center. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience here. Every person I encountered was so kind from front end staff, to clinical staff. It was also extremely clean, staff was constantly mopping floors too throughout our visit. We first saw Maggie, who answered any questions/listened to concerns to relay to the Dr. she was great with me and my nervous pup! We then saw Dr. Mattson and she is just incredible at what she does. She was amazing with my dog, listened intently to each of my concerns, and thoroughly answered any questions I had. She had a plan in place, communicated very well through every step, and I really appreciate how reasonable she is. Our three dogs are patients here and we have been thrilled with the care we have recieved. The facility is clean, the people are always friendly, and I love that they do same-day urgent care visits that don’t charge an emergency or urgent care extra fee. The doctors even call to check in after a few days which I wish my human doctor would do! Every doctor and tech we have seen have been incredible and we are so thankful we moved to the area and this happened to be the closest vet!!
