Robin did an incredible job with our puppy Bucky. In just a few lessons she took him from being a tyrant who could not under stand the concept of a leash to a certified good boy who can do off leash recall, follows just a few feet behind us and will wait patiently for his food and walks instead of jumping a pulling line crazy. Her careful attitude and patiencee and adaptability kept us motivated even when we were frustrated. She adapted to our discipline needs and trained us just as much as she trained Bucky. Trust the process. Be consistent! Thanks Robin.

Today I had an appointment for 7 AM. I arrive at the store and it was closed. I had no idea I had to slide the doors open and just walking in. I called to reschedule and was scheduled for later this morning. I arrived on time and the staff was helping other customers and a lady that had arrived before me was a walk-in for a nail trim. The gentleman that helped her was my dog groomer so I waited no problem. I asked if I could upgrade my dogs package to the Valentines Plus. Was asked how short I wanted his fur cut and I told him some specific cuts on different parts of his body. I wasn’t asked what kind of shampoo I wanted ( package included). I arrived to pick him up and his eyes still stained and crusty from his tears. I asked about and ladies in the desk said it stained due to his color f

They have been consistently doing a great job on our 2 dogs for the past 7+ years. Tim is very knowledgeable regarding the grooming requirements of our Rough Collie, and always does excellent work! Kind, patient and professional grooming staff!

Been going here for the last five years to get my morkie’s grooming. Tim has been heaven sent since my morkie doesnt really like anyone else lol. Thank you Tim for dealing with Kai!!!

Took my pittie for Santa pics, and the employees were not nice, they rolled their eyes at having to be there and when I asked if they could take photos with my phone for me. The gentleman who was dressed as Santa had no patience for her, and was snappy with her. we were left with a photo that was bad - my poor girl looks literally terrified and unhappy in this photo. The store was also very dirty. Would not recommend this location to people - central Park or even the location in Cosner’s corner is 10x better.
