We love it there. We have taken our dogs there for their grooming for the last 6yrs..Haley, who we have become friends with does a great job pampering our Jake & Lucy who we rescued the father daughter duo about 5yrs. ago. Haley is such a sweet young lady and she does a wonderful job with our two kids. My wife and I love her to death. The store is always stocked and clean. Thank you very much for Alicia as well. This store is great! They always have what I need, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I go here primarily for aquarium needs. They have an absolutely guru here named Cameron. He has helped me immensely more than once, and helped me get my aquarium looking and functioning perfectly.

We absolutely love the Springfield Petsmart!! Brittany has been the most amazing teacher to my Australian Labradoodle, Cali Ann (and to myself as a first time dog owner)! We have taken multiple classes and my puppy is tremendously better behaved than compared to when we first started classes. She always spends time making sure we know how to do our “homework” after each class. Brittany also spent time helping us pick out the right treats and helping fit Cali with the proper harness. We also go here for grooming and Christina is the absolute best groomer!! She has gotten Cali’s cut down perfectly. We have been going to her since she was just a few months old. She does exactly what I ask for and has also helped with her training. Every store associate I have spoke with has been a huge help a

We have our senior dog enrolled in dog training classes here. Brittany, the trainer, is so sweet and extremely knowledgeable. She proves that you *can* teach an old dog new tricks!

Animal clothes hardly ever fit. Higher priced than Marshalls. Catnip toys usually don't have fresh catnip in them. Some folks who own pets are older or disabled; yet there is no one to help carry cat litter to your car. Even the women at Ollies will help you carry out something that is too heavy for certain people. Petsmart has no disability carts. I'm never going to shop there again.
