Came in to dona shipt order just after 5 only on register open. People halfway down the main aisle. I guess they did not have another register set up because the MOD did not feel the need to open another register. I see why more orders are not picked up to shop here

Came in after seeing a special price on a 5.5 gal fish tank- my kiddos had been gifted a Betta from a family member for Christmas- and a typical Betta vase. After some reading, we decided it would be best to get a larger tank. The tank didn't ring up at the price I had seen online- at this point I realized it was an online only price- D'oh! But the cashier and manager worked some magic and brought the price down for me. In addition to that, the store was clean and seemed well stocked. Will definitely be back again!

Ive worked in pet retail stores in the past so I have some insider knowledge as to innerworkings of upselling people on things they dont need, but this experience will ensure I never go to another petsmart again. I few months ago I decided I would purchase a Tarantula for my husband for Christmas. He's had them in the past and is knowledgeable on their care. After some research, I settled on an American curly haired- one of the most beginner friendly species. On 12/20/2025 I called ahead to the nearest Petsmart, a 25 minute drive to make sure it was there. I get there and ask for help and the woman asks me if I purchased all of the lights for the spider (they are nocturnal). She then tells me that the lights are important because the spider might go blind but truly she didnt seem to real

At the height of Christmas shopping season they had only one register open with 8 buyers in line. The cashier was struggling but doing a really good job with a positive attitude. The manager however was buzzing around the front doing busy work without opening a new register.
