Charity is amazing and our dogs adore her. She talks to you about the haircut and makes notes so she knows what she did and what you want for when you schedule the next appt. She understands poop happens and is part of dog grooming (a kind of issue we had with a previous groomer). She is so kind and just has this rapport with all the dogs I've seen her interact with.
Our Miss Hazel looks absolutely beautiful! I finally found a groomer who does a fantastic job! Big Pawz Salon I will highly recommend!
