I never normally leave reviews feel compelled to do so my grooming dogs grooming session totally appalled by the treatment she received I normally only get her nails trimmed and grind and do the rest myself. I wanted to give her a special valentines treat but the only thing she got was being traumatized by her groomer that she has yet to come down about. The only time that I could not physically see her was when she was in the back room where I could hear her relentlessly barking which I thought was on considering she never barks. I got nervous so I wouldn't sat in the waiting area behind the computer where my dog could not see me being very cruel to both my dog in the other dog that he was grooming. Great place for pet needs of many kinds. Decent prices/comparable or better than other places around. If you need dog training they are fantastic and so worth it!

So I came to pet smart after I made a grooming appointment 3 weeks prior I was 5 mins early the person who was my dogs groomer told me that She was running behind Then she Said she was going to add a 30$ fee for her age I than said she was 7 she said oh because she’s shaky anyone that works with little dogs should know that little dogs shake than told me she had to go on her lunch break witch I thought was crazy why schedule an appointment when you have to go on your lunch break then when I raised concerns saying that I could come back after her lunch, she said no it’s OK. I’ll figure something out. I will possibly give her a bath first and then go on my lunch break while she’s drying. I would like to say that Danielle at the Scarborough, Maine location is the greatest groomer on the planet… We have an anxious, beautiful Siberian husky who we rescued 5 years ago, and in part because of stress that she must have experienced before we were lucky enough to find her, she is fearful of many things. One of them is being groomed and we had tried a couple of other groomers before we discovered Danielle. She is SOOO patient, kind, professional and is such a perfectionist that our lovely Ember is at least tolerant of being groomed. Each time that we pick her up she looks absolutely magnificent. Her nails are impeccably trimmed, her coat looks gorgeous, and she is peaceful and calm. I can't speak more highly of Danielle and the service that she provides every time we see her. Thank

Very clean, nice staff, well organized. But it seemed to not be as staffed up as you would think. No one was able to get me a fish (idc cuz that's not the full reason I was there) which was baffling to me all these employees and no one is allowed to get me a fish? But there was someone to get me a bird🤔 Seemed weird. Anyway I love my budgie
