Hi Jessie! I just wanted to say thank you for always doing such a great job with my Jarvis. He always comes back looking so cute! I really appreciate the care you put into your work. We’re so happy we found you!

This petsmart is pretty great. I mean it’s a petsmart so manage your own expectations. The staff was awesome, the store was clean and they had a great variety of pet and treats. All the animals they had there looked super healthy. The staff was great nice and actually asked if I needed anything. I don’t remember the last time I had such good customer service at a big box store.

I’ve been coming to PetSmart for years and years bought a lot of different things for Dogs and cats over the years. I came in a week or so ago for a goldfish. I bought the goldfish it wasn’t one of $.49 ones it was a little more expensive. Anyway, I brought it home and the fish died in the tank that night. It was a 20 gallon tank with a number of other goldfish in it. I came back to see if I could get another one and they told me it was all my fault. Am I have to pay for the Another fish. Well for a five dollar fish you lost a customer.. I won’t come back to buy anything else in your store because of the way I was treated by the Fish person in your store. No big deal, but it seems a little silly to lose a customer for that!!

Love this store. My pup can't get enough. She's still learning to socialize and not only are the employees understanding, but so are the customers! She's very nice just very vocal. The grooming services are AMAZING and everyone in there has been very helpful. The selection can be a hit or miss of you are looking for something specific, but just ask an employee and they'll do there best to find it or suggest an alternative.

I love everyone who works here. They are all such hard workers. The store Is so busy most of the time and all the associates work to get customers through the line as fast as possible. They are friendly and incredibly helpful if you have a question or need help.
