Today, my dog in to be groomed. The groomer was out sick. It would’ve been nice if I would’ve gotten a phone call. No phone call. I was told well it was too early. Well it’s never too early if I’m up to be at an appointment at 8 o’clock. Maybe your employee should’ve gotten there a little before 8 o’clock instead of 8 o’clock on the nose to clock in. I don’t blame this on the groomer because she is wonderful. I blame it on management horrible horrible management. I wasn’t even offered a discount or anything to come back for the inconvenience. I needed the grooming done for something tomorrow. And the only other suggestion was well we can have somebody else groom him. When you have a dog that has anxiety, that’s not the answer. I brought my long-haired Dachshund/Chihuahua mix to PetSmart for grooming and was very specific about what I wanted. I clearly stated multiple times that I wanted her coat cut to one inch, not too short, because she is a long-haired dog. I also told the groomer not to touch her head and specifically asked that the curly, soft hair around her neck to also be cut one inch. Despite this clear conversation, the groomer used clippers and cut her coat far shorter than requested, essentially shaving her. The cut is also uneven, and the hair around her neck that I explicitly asked to keep long was completely removed. Her head was altered even though I said it was fine as-is. Great place all around!! Very nice and helpful staff in the store. The grooming business is also awesome. Easy appointments, and the best people of any location we’ve been to. The banfield medical here is also great! Caring excellent staff there too. Highly recommend this place. The customer service here should be an example for all businesses.

We (my toddler and I) had to drop our dog off at Banfield before the store opened, and Madison greeted us with a smile, let us use the restroom, made a paw-print of our little floofer, and encouraged us to walk around the store while we waited for a Banfield associate. At one point I even dropped a pill pocket of medication and she immediately took it to Banfield and let them know who it was for. She's a terrific employee and was such a great person to be greeted by this morning, especially as an overstimulated mama! 🙏💗🥰

Don’t ever buy a bearded dragon from here, bought one from here on November 5th and for the last month have been taking it back and forth to the vet trying to figure out what is going on with it. The vet said it’s most likely a kidney disease from being bought from a pet store from where the pet stores do not know how to properly care for animals like this and will have one sick one in a cage with the rest and then they get sick as well. I am sad to say after a long fight and a lot of money spent my baby beardie has passed away tonight.
