The store is very clean and my dog loved strolling around and smelling everything. The staff wasn’t very friendly - didn’t even acknowledge my dog - but other than that it was a good visit.

I took my little dog for grooming and it was not a good experience. First, they charged for express service but he did not receive express service. He was there close to 4 hrs. When he got home, I noticed that his eye was injured. He could not keep one eye open. Worse thing, the groomer never informed me that he was injured during grooming. His cut was uneven and he did not look like he had a close to hundred dollar hair cut. I will not return to this location for a grooming session.

It’s your one stops shop for your pets. They have a lot of variety of pet supplies . Staff are very professional and willing to go the extra mile for the customer would highly recommend this PetSmart. All staff deserve a Raise and a pizza Party for a job well done.

I been taking my dog here with no issues, and then today I took her in there. They said there was a note she growled at him when they was going to do her toenails, so they said if she growled at them, they wouldn't do them, but the price would be the same for the haircut and trim and all. I could understand if there was not going to charge me for it , but to not do it in charge me for it is not cool the\nY lost the regular customer will not be going back

I brought my four dogs to this PetSmart for grooming, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The grooming itself was ok, but the customer service from the staff was extremely poor. The employees were dismissive, unhelpful, and lacked basic courtesy when asking questions and dropping off my dogs. As a paying customer, especially one bringing in four pets, I expected professionalism and respect. I won’t be returning to this location unless there’s a major improvement in how customers are treated.
