very nice place to take your dog to pick it's treats. check out the fish, reptiles furry friends, like chinchilla's, Guinea pigs, Bird's and cats.

The store has a decent selection and is usually pretty clean and organized. The staff is actually very helpful. I give credit to them because they are usually short-staffed so I don't know if that's an upper management or a corporate issue, but I give credit for them for still having a good attitude and still being able to help the customers. The grooming department and staff is excellent. Very professional on courteous and always with a smile when I walk in to bring in my dog and my dog is actually can be hard to deal with sometimes and for some reason while he's around them, he's a completely different dog

I am very disappointed and angry with this PetSmart location. I booked an appointment for my dog Mancha's. She did not require a haircut since her hair is very manageable. She did need a bath and de-shedding process, since her specific breed sheds a lot and it can become quite hectic at times. When she was picked up from her appointment, there where some patches of hair missing, some areas that exposed some bleeding and some looked like her coat was yanked. This isn't the first she has received a bath or de-shedding at a store, which is what baffled me. I called the groomer just to get informed that no one cut her hair or such. Yet the proof is clearly visible. Certainly won't be returning to this shop anymore. I am a big fan of PetSmart in general, but unfortunately i am very disappointed

Went to take my pet to the trick or treat and when I arrived nothing was ready or set up I asked the employee if they were going to do it as there were apt of pets specifically for that the girl kept saying she didn’t know she was suppose to do it because she had been gone from work for 4 days I did drive about 30 min away to attend this I drive back home and returned later for them to still not have anything next time I will be going elsewhere
