Bottom line is, thier not a veterinarian office that's going to push needless things on you just to try to get your money. Glad to make them part of our family

I called in as a first time customer. Thankfully they were able to admit Kermit a few days later. He developed a huge infection on his hind legs (due to fox tails). He had not been able to walk for a week and had no appetite. We were worried sick. The team cleaned and drained the infected area and within 2 days my 3 legged non moving dog became a 4 legged dog! He improved dramatically with their help and antibiotics! Very sweet team. I will be bringing my other dogs here for future services!

Dena has taken care of our dogs for over 10 years. She is such a caring, understanding, kind vet. She always gets on the floor with our pups and gives them so much love before their checkup. It makes everything feel so much more personable. Our dogs love coming to visit. I’ve tried other vets here and there, and nobody ever compares. Their team is friendly and helpful. I’ve found that the Prunedale Vet Clinic is much more affordable than other vets in the area, which makes coming a lot less stressful. I will continue to use this vet into the foreseeable future. Wonderful experience from start to finish. I especially like the lock the door rule, out of concern for the animals. That meant a lot to me. I was so happy during and after my visit. KITTY improved immediately. KITTY was handled perfectly. He was not scared and responded to staff calmly. It's because they know what they are doing. The staff was friendly, kind and happy. I wish I had known of this place a long time ago. Thank You all!

Called to have a puppy euthanized. 3 month puppy, cannot eat, move to use the potty, keep water down, and is skin and bones. I was told very rudely “we don’t do that on a first time appt.” I’d give zero stars if I could.
