5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ PetSmart – 531 North State Rd 7, Royal Palm Beach, FL I just wanted to share how incredibly pleased I am with the grooming services at this PetSmart location—especially with Luana, who took care of my dog, Rango, on August 12, 2025. Luana is absolutely amazing. She truly cares about the pets she grooms and it shows in the way she handles them. Rango can get anxious during grooming, but Luana is so gentle and understanding—she takes the time to comfort him and make sure he feels safe. It's been a while since Rango’s last grooming session, but Luana immediately knew exactly what he needed. When I picked him up, he looked fantastic and so happy! I also want to thank the other young lady who assisted Luana that day. I didn’t catch her name, but she was just as kind and helpful. T

Luana the groomer is amazing! My dogs love her. She definitely has a way with animals. She fills out the profiles properly and knew exactly what to do the 2nd time I brought in my Brussel. She makes him so handsome and he loves to show off when he gets home. Thank you to Luana!

Brianna is AMAZING! Our Moose loves her and he always looks so handsome when she’s finished! You can tell she puts her heart into her job and is very thorough! I’m very picky with how people groom doodles and she does a fabulous job every time!

It was good, not great. All of the people we interacted with were nice enough. Waited quite a while for service. Our small dog got a vaccine she had never been given before (obviously we said yes when they recommended it) and we unfortunately ended up at the vet urgent care for several hours. She got hives all over her body and swelled up like crazy. While I understand you can’t predict a reaction I would much rather them be proactive and give our dog Benadryl on the front end. At the ER, they mentioned that it’s pretty common for small dogs to have this reaction…this would have been great knowledge to have in advance. I’m glad we have the vet plan that makes our visits cost effective, however, when you tack a huge emergency bill onto it - the price isn’t great. Joe Sacco

Taking our puppy here for training was the best advice we received, Jesse H. has been absolutely amazing in helping us train our new puppy. He has the patience for not only our dog, but us. He makes training relatable and helps us feel like we can succeed even when we don't. Highly recommend. The store employees have also helped us picking products and giving their knowledge.
