Jake's Bath House

First visit for Millie and she had a pawsome experience, as did her humans. Vikki and staff were amazing. This our first dog with this type of coat, and decided professionals is the better route for us despite having a lifetime of other breed care. Everything was fully explained, got a slight education into puppy coat maintenance and goals and even picked up a few snacks for her and her sisters. The self serve wash stations weren't utilized this visit but will be a welcome tool to use in the future. See you next visit!

Was in need of a self service bath station for my dog Sage and found Jake’s. I’ve never used one before but they just said “just bring a dirty dog and we’ll have the rest!” The staff was so helpful in getting her in the tub, especially as she is super anxious. They kept both of us calm and ready to try something new! Once she was settled I had everything I needed and for $22 I didn’t have to clean anything other than my dog! Will definitely be back!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience here! The staff were incredibly friendly, patient, and clearly love what they do. My dog came out looking and smelling amazing — The inside is incredibly adorable and well kept. You can tell they genuinely care about the pets and their owners.

I recently took my dog to Jake’s Bath House for grooming, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, making both me and my pup feel right at home. They took the time to understand my dog's specific grooming needs and preferences, which really impressed me. The grooming itself was fantastic! My dog came out looking absolutely adorable, with a shiny coat and perfectly trimmed nails. It was clear that the groomers were not only skilled but also truly cared about the comfort and well-being of my furry friend. Throughout the process, they kept me updated and even shared some tips on maintaining my dog’s coat at home. I wish I could give more stars… Tito desperately needed a bath following his adoption and Jake’s welcomed us in. We did a self service wash with shampoo. They made sure he felt safe and comfortable and helped us figure out how to use everything. He also needed a nail trimming and they accommodated him and understood how nervous he was. Fully support everyone at Jake’s.
