Aeron and Johnathan were amazing. They were so kind and helpful and went above and beyond. I hope that a manager sees this. I was a few cents shy of the total for my cat food and they helped me get the .40 cents that I needed. Beyond that, they are helpful every time that I come to the store. These employees make me want to shop here as opposed to other pet stores.

Jonathan at the royal Palm store saw me struggle to get my specific dog food and caught me the next week to help me subscribe so I never have to worry about it not being on the shelf every week. 5 stars just for the most helpful encounter. So happy he remembered.

i had the most amazing experience here!!! the staff was literally above and BEYOND, i got a beta and they helped me pick out everything and told me how to properly care for my new fish they were so so amazing i will definitely be back loved the staff!

Great store staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have burds, bunnies, guinea pigs, kittens, and a cat to adopt. I nearly bought a fish I wasn’t even in the market for. I just went there to pet the cats. I’ll be back for the fish and rank setup when I’m ready. Definitely give this independent store a try.

I had just recently purchased a bunch of fish to add to my big fish tank. Within a week almost every single of of the fish died and they got my other fish sick amd they died too. After the amount of money wasted and the damages done to my tank due to buying a fish with a disease I will never make another purchase here again.
