I was there on Saturday and the cashier kindly offered to help me carry the heavy cat litter to my car. Such a nice team—everyone at that store is always friendly and welcoming. They greet me as soon as I walk in. I have two dogs and a cat, so I shop there often, and I highly recommend this store!

Buyer Beware!!!! Check all expiration dates when buying food from this store. They have old inventory sitting on the shelves. I recently purchased a bag of “Purina Pro 30/18” large puppy food from here. After feeding the food for one week - i realized that worms had started hatching in the bag & i found white lava thru-out the bag. My puppy had been sick (vomiting and diarrhea ) since feeding the food & i had no idea what was going on with him. I finally checked the expiration date - it had expired in August 2025. I took the bag back to the store & spoke to the “manager” - he didn’t even bother to open the bag to confirm what i had seen. He said he “sees worms all the time in the store & he didn’t need to look”. What?!?! I checked the remaining bags on the shelf and they were

Absolutely disgusted. I came in to use the self dog wash and was immediately appalled by the condition of the stalls. Every single one was filthy—covered in hair and dirt. I initially assumed staff simply hadn’t gotten to cleaning yet, so I asked an employee if at least one stall could be properly disinfected before I bathed my dog. I was told that they do not disinfect the showers after each dog and that it’s -“just not something they do.” I then asked if I could have disinfectant so I could clean it myself. Another employee came over, visibly irritated, and claimed she had “just sprayed” the stalls, which was blatantly untrue based on the obvious filth still present. Due to the unsanitary conditions and the staff’s attitude, I decided not to bathe my dog at all and requested a refund,

Allen in grooming did an amazing job with my aggressive dog. They handled him with so much patience, care, and confidence. The staff clearly knew how to calm him down and make the experience stress-free. I was honestly impressed by how great he looked afterward and how gentle they were the whole time!

So excited that this store just opened up in Wellington! The staff are amazing, so friendly and knowledgeable. They knew exactly where to lead me and offered the best advice for feeding my dog in a healthy way - wellness first. And on a fun note, they’ve got the cutest bakery treats pictured here, so excited to surprise my pup with one of these 😍 overall, highly recommend for 10/10 service, 10/10 quality, and 10/10 customer experience. Next time, we’ll be going for grooming!
