Petsmart grooming was amazing and affordable, I got both Miko and Loki the deluxe packages and still both of them were under 175.00. I called on Wednesday , They had an appointment for both my dogs on thursday. Sarah was absolutely amazing. She took care of Miko and Loki. Sarah made me feel very comfortable to leave my fur babies to get their haircuts and bathed. I knew they were in good hands. She did a fantastic job with the cuts, and just really showed that she cared about them. I'm very grateful to her. So thank you sarah, for such a great job.

I’m not happy with the service I received today. The reason why I’m giving it 3 stars and not any lower is because I had a good experience with the dog grooming until today and a good experience with order pick up. My husband made an appointment today for 3 of my dogs. I have total of 5 dogs, we have been bringing them in since August almost monthly. I was confused on the pricing because I paid $30-$34 for my Pomeranian last month. I brought her in today and my total was $51. They told me when dogs turn 6 months the price increases, the B+T stands for bath and trim and I was told it was requested so it costs extra on top of what they do (now I’m unsure what the regular service is), and they said she had fleas + ticks so that was $10 extra for them to use a flea + tick shampoo. Has such a better more selection of fish then Wilson, but employees really really need to learn proper education about certain animals. I went in to buy some koi ( I've had koi fish for a few years ) and they started asking me a million questions. I didn't come to get questioned I came to get some fish. Especially knowing how uneducated these employees are about all the animals there.

One employee was very educated in the bearded dragons, which is what I come in for.

I wish my daughter Greta Rene could go inside . She just ain't that kind of girl. She has a lot of love. It just doesn't go very far. Petsmart is Awesome the staff is Awesomer ! I can say that right?
