Grooming-The mgr & groomer, Mary groomed my Sheepadoodle some months ago. I provided explicit direction that I did not want my dog shaved down. I requested a call if they found they needed to cut her hair shorter than expected. When I returned to pick up my dog, I was STUNNED. So much so I did not recognize her. I literally told them they'd brought out the wrong dog. Because I thought they had. Upon the discovery that this was indeed my dog, I asked to speak with the groomer, Mary. I asked what had gone wrong. She explained that my dog was tangled in certain areas where they had no choice but to shave all of her hair down. Paws Inn has been the only place I’ve entrusted my pups to. I have two dogs with their own unique quirks. My larger mix is very timid and nervous. They have always been encouraging to him and worked with me on solutions to have positive interactions with boarding him. My smaller dog is completely blind and a dachshund mini pin mix. Trimming his nails is usually a multiple hands on deck situation and they have never made me feel like it’s too much. They are kind and attentive and I’m so grateful for the care they show my pets and excellent customer service. ❤️❤️

I absolutely love paws inn!! I love the care and the attentiveness they gave my fur baby first time boarding at this location... I was given updates on how he was doing.. the staff were very friendly, comforting and understanding of my concerns boarding my baby . He will definitely be back for sure!

My 2 dogs stayed here for the first time over the weekend, when we picked the dogs up they seemed excited. Just a little after my dogs had been home one of my dogs began to limp on all of his paws, after looking at his paws I could tell all of them had burns like he had been standing on hot concrete/turf. He wouldn’t walk around the house and now his paws are peeling. The dogs do look great after their bath but we will not be going back.

i recently boarded my anxious pup Nova G here for 10 days, and i couldn’t be more impressed with the care she received. She’s usually very wary of strangers, but the staff’s calm confidence and kindness put her at ease. They clearly took the time to understand her needs and made her feel safe and comfortable throughout her entire stay. I’m so grateful to have found a place I can truly trust with my dog.
