I love Petsmart. My cats love that I love Petsmart. The Authority All Life Stages flaked food is the only good my cats eat and actually lick the plates clean! Its out of stock alot because its popular so I stock up. Staff is always so helpful and rewards are always a bonus.

While I’ve always had great service at petsmart, I did want to let others know that the last few times I’ve bought crickets from them, they came with the cricket paralysis virus. I’m not new to keeping, and even breeding, insects for our critters. I bought a new cricket setup and it happened again. Unfortunately, this confirms my suspicions that it’s pet smart’s stock. They put up a sign recently stating that they give a few extras incase some die so there won’t be refunds (which tells me they know there’s an issue and shouldn’t be selling unhealthy feeders). However, this disease often kills in a very short amount of time. So unless you plan on feeding that day or early the next, you’re still going to be paying for some dead crickets in addition to the extras they include. For anyone wond

A few months back there was a rewards offer where you can earn so much money back on your next order if you spent $50 per day. When I left the store I had $12 in rewards money but when I came back the next day they said I only had $6. I did end up receiving $18 back by the end of the week however they owed me $24. This has happened one other time were I lost a decent amount of rewards money. . On a few other occasions I remember seeing that I had a few dollars in rewards on my receipt then I came back to use it the following week and I was told I didn't have any rewards money. There's something funky about their rewards program so I recommend saving receipts and watching them like a hawk. Everytime I go to this store I swear I have a different experience. Sometimes the employees are helpful and the store is well stocked... other times I see animals in terrible dirty cages with no water and terrible upkeep. Today, I saw a poor LARGE Syrian Hamster with a smaller wheel than the DWARF HAMSTERS. Petsmart!!! Are you kidding???? Employees need to do better for these poor babies.

Horrible water conditions on bettas. Let alone the dead/dying ones on the shelf. They’ve started a protocol of “treating” and “isolating”?? They’re already isolated in cups. The most they offered was to change the water. It’s so clearly molded on the bottom. Update: I returned to this location as a last resort for a purchase and have found that the water quality is now progressing with other bettas.
