PetSmart

Unfortunately, I had a severely poor experience with Kesia. I made simple asks, to each of which she responded with rude, snarky comments and gestures. Simply put, my interaction with her AND her inability to fulfill the basic expectations of the service were UNACCEPTABLE. She stood out as a sore thumb; I would never recommend her to service other dogs or their owners. The other Petsmart employees I've dealth with, however, have been kind, courteous, and accommodating.

I couldn’t be more upset with the “gold standard” animal welfare these employees claim to provide. If you are unable to properly and carefully groom a long coated cat then don’t offer the services. Instead I was met with the most horrendous job and a completely traumatized cat. After years of him being groomed I have never experienced this level of negligence. I am furious with the lasting effects of trauma that these employees have left my cat. And not a single ounce of care came from them.

I went to PetSmart today with my mom and my son. The shop itself was very clean. The animals definitely looked well cared for and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The gentleman who helped us was very patient and gave us his undivided attention while answering our questions. The lady who was preparing our birds for transport was also very nice and helpful. I now have two beautiful new friends and a very nice cage for them. I will be returning to PetSmart regularly for my pets needs.

I mostly use PetSmart for their grooming and my dog loves Maggie the groomer She is wonderful with my pretty little Peyton. I've never had a problem. She treats her like she is her own dog.
