East End Veterinary Center

I wasn't sure what I would find going to East End for an emergency visit. I had been there for my dogs surgery years ago. I was very impressed with the professionalism, the warmth, knowledge and care of the entire staff. The DVM was so kind and went over everything and presented several options of treatment for our elderly dog who has so many health issues. There was no judgment or pressure to add expensive life extending or diagnostic treatments nor was there any pressure to make end of suffering choices. We couldn't have found a better veterinary group for er triage. We were fortunate to be able to bring our dog home and continue with quality of life decisions. I am forever grateful for East End Veterinary Center. They take such thoughtful and thorough care of my dog, and he loves them so much! Odin chewed a wooden bone that splintered in his mouth, which caused major ongoing complications and trauma. (suggestion: DO NOT EVER GIVE YOUR DOG A WOODEN BONE) Dr. Larkin and Lori and the entire staff took such care and effort over several weeks to help identify what was wrong and how to solve it. Dr. Larkin is a very proficient surgeon. He thoughtfully discussed the problems and the possible solutions with me and together we decided the best course of action to get Odin better. I brought my Cavapoo to see Dr. Kramer for her mitral valve issues. The most wonderful experience started at the front desk and just continued to get better with his technician Vicky and then the Dr. himself and his assistant Caitlyn. I am so happy to have found them. So knowledgeable, friendly, and not thinking I'm a crazy pet mom. I know my girl is in good hands with them. He put my mind at ease and he says she still has time here with us. Best day in a long time.

The team here is always professional and compassionate. They keep you informed and involved in the care of your pet every step of the way. We've been here a few times and have only good things to say about their care for our pets.

Dr. Sara Coby was the best. The nurses were great. Everyone took good care of my pet on that part. I was very happy. I wasn’t too happy when after paying the final bill I received and email that there was another bill. Upon returning the next day for bloodwork, I could not be seen until I paid that extra bill, which I was in aware of. Make sure you’re total the right amount. And not get hit with another bill days later
