PetSmart

I use PetSmart for everything - my dog’s food, toys, treats, grooming, etc. Yesterday I got my dog groomed and paid $27 extra for the deluxe package that included a nail grind. I was inspecting her nails this morning to find they had been untouched despite adding on the package and verbally telling the employee that I wanted the nail grind. I called this morning, chose the selection for the grooming salon, was on hold for 10 mins and then the phone was picked up and hung up. I called again and again was hung up on after 10 mins. On my third attempt I asked to speak to the manager. I explained the situation and said I either need to come in now to have her nails done or I need a refund on my package. He informed me I could come in now to have my dog’s nails “re-done”. I corrected him and sa

Took our puppy here for the basic training, very rude trainer from the time we walked in the energy was off. Didn’t even greet or ask our puppy name. Can’t remember his name but a very feminine and sarcastic Caucasian male with colored hair. While playfulness is expected with the puppies, the playing was very aggressive and our puppy ended up with scratches in her ear (notices as soon as we got home). He also barely acknowledged her the entire time. Even after when it was over, he helped others figure out what the needed for their puppies and offered help but not for us. So we called to cancel the rest of the 6 weeks appointments and even on the phone he had a attitude about us canceling. Very unnecessary and unprofessional.

Went to the willow lawn location to do a return ( pretty standard as l've been spending around 100-150 a month at this location for almost 9 vears. David, the manager on the weds the 26th at 9am, blatantly said he was not going to do the return as he felt it wasn't justified Company police stated you have 60 days and can do a full exchange. even if 3/4 of the product was used ( which it was not, half was used trying to get our cats to try different wet foods and they did not like it is all) and he blatantly stated " Im not going to do that" i had to contact his corporate office then and there and bring the phone to him at a register to let him know he could speak to them about his ack of knowledge of their policies and that he didnt make those decisions, his employer does. I had a wonderful experience with both Malika in the grooming salon, and Vegas, the wonderful cashier. I took my chihuahua in for a grooming, and Malika was kind, patient, and even painted my pups nails which was so fun and totally unexpected. It was a wonderful service, and I will continue to book with Malika in the future. The icing on the cake was our cashier, Vegas. She showed me coupons I wouldn’t have known existed- I paid for my grooming, got two $0.99 treats and left with $12 in rewards bucks. This is a wonderful group of folks in this store, and that’s saying a lot because the staff at the Brook Rd location is great as well!

I absolutely loved my experience at PetSmart Grooming! Sofia R. did an amazing job with my Doberman puppy, Athena — she was so patient, gentle, and really took the time to make sure Athena was comfortable and looked perfect. Vivian H. groomed my Maltese, Jaanu, and he came out looking like an absolute prince! She clearly has a gift with small dogs and handled him with so much care. Honestly, everyone at this PetSmart is incredible, all of the associates, like Ms. Vegas (and a few more, I just don’t recall their names.) The entire grooming team is so kind, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. You can really tell they love animals and treat each pet like their own. It’s not easy to find a place where you fully trust the people with your pets, but this location has earned th
