I came here on a Sunday and there lots people wait to get in here Thay where supposed open at 10:00am but on future lyrics thay where closed and there was some upset customer Some left other's wonder what the heck was going on And I called and the girl said oh we don't open until a 1100 am and I said know your sigh says 10.00am unfortunately this Pet smart lost customer today for not open when thay where supposed I called a manger and complained about she said she forgot to tell the girl cause she new Will besides the point maybe she not ready to be on her own you might want to make shure she got someone with more experience That way u don't loose more people in the future I hope this doesn't happen again cause u guys are the only people care the food my dog eats

I’ve already had bad experiences with the fish department, thought I’d give them another chance. I walked in and the associate was helping another customer, saw me, made eye contact and then left. I waited a few minutes and then went looking for some help. Came back, the same associate saw me and proceeded to help other customers who came in clearly behind me. I will Be going to Petco from now on. They are way more professional, and not annoyed when I come in.

We had an appointment starting at 4 o clock. We called ahead letting them know that we would be late. We arrived at the store 10 minutes past 4. When we brought our dog in, the receptionist attempts to put the slip lead on (without any real greeting to my dog, or a treat). My dog snapped at her hand. Another person immediately interjected saying "No" in what seemed to me to be a rude tone. She then followed up by saying she wont have the time for her because they were busy with dogs that day. I can understand we were late, and while my dog did snap at the receptionist's hand, some patience would have been nice. Additionally, why would you as a dog groomer not give all of the dogs enough time to get comfortable? I disliked the service we received, and my dog didn't get groomed.

I used to like PetSmart. But we recently were sent an autoship order without receiving prior notification to adjust the order or edit it if needed. The the order was shipped from our hometown in western SD to Osseo, Mn then to Denver then back to our hometown. (Very stupid Shipping Logistics) Unfortunately we were away for a few months and had a forwarding on our mail. The carton was then forwarded to where we are staying and ended up costing us an extra $30 in Shipping Fees. Very unhappy with their autoship practice. Had they sent an email to give me a heads up (like all other companies, where we have autoship, do) that this was going to be sent out, I would have adjust the order and changed the delivery address. I was viewing a product online that they said was in stock at the Rapid City store. I ordered it for pick-up and they charged me for it. When I was almost to the store to pick it up, they sent me a message stating that they did NOT have it in stock and would refund my money. This has happened to me twice now, and I live 23 miles away. VERY inconvenient and frustrating. I don't trust anything their site says anymore...
