Bad customer service at the groomer salon. They close whenever they want, they don't respect the schedule that is on the door. When I asked that lady from the groomer salon she just said we close depends on the day. So I don't know why they have a schedule when they do whatever they want. Unprofessional. 3 times I went and 3 time they close early. And I can't even schedule on the app because said need to call and when I call they put me on hold for long time. I used to bring me dog before when was a nice girl working there, but this lady today, such unfriendly. 👎 no more.

Very expensive Petsmart. The employee at the checkout refused to let me purchase my pet monkey named Jeff. Friendly staff good customer service. 😊

They have an exceptional selection, customer service is great, also I'm in and out in no time. There is handicap accessible park, and entrance. They also offer curbside pick up.

Had some very important questions regarding the store and Alyssa answered the phone and was extremely helpful! Quick turn around, very courteous, and solved my problem! What a wonderful employee!
