I love Lilly’s! We don’t shop at Chewy anymore because they have everything our pets need right here, and would much rather support a small local business. The staff is always so attentive and knowledgeable, and you can tell they truly care. They carry high-quality products that keep our fur babies healthy, and if they don’t have something in stock, they’ll do their best to get it for you. Highly recommend stopping in and checking them out!

If you want great healthy foods for your dog then this is the perfect place for you. Treat your dog with foods that contain no preservatives. The owner Patrick immediately greeted us upon our entrance. A clean and friendly atmosphere while you shop for your pooch. Get a 10% discount when you mention this rating.

I’m so grateful for Lily’s. I don’t even know where to start. I went in 3 months ago for the first time and the co-owner listened to my concerns about my Cat’s digestive issues and recommended a product. The sprouted seeds worked immediately, like witchcraft. What’s more: when I ran out and struggled to make it to their open hours, they volunteered to deliver it to my door. More businesses should take note of the level of care and service this business provides. It’s a lost art, and one that I deeply appreciate. Because of these two brief interactions, I tell everyone about this place. My friends with cats with excessive inexplicable vomiting have corroborated that the product they sell works wonders. Lilly’s Natural Pet Store is amazing! Sam and Patrick are warm and welcoming, making every visit a joy. Their love for animals shows in their incredible selection of toys, treats, and food. I also love that they support other local small businesses, which makes shopping here feel extra special. You can tell they truly care about their customers and community.

Place is extremely overpriced to say the least!! 50$ for a dog cake that was supposed to feed up to 8 servings I didn’t buy it opted out for there ice cream when we removed it the tops from the container it was completely compromised with freezer burn my dogs wouldn’t even eat it and on top of it it was 12 $ for 4 small cups!! Should have stuck with the ben&jerrys from stop and shop .. another aesthetic east dale robbery paying for the aesthetics of the neighborhood in the store poor quality all the way around!!
