Spoke to a lady named Kelsey and she cancelled my appointment, Be careful because apparently you can’t cancel your appointment and they don’t even tell you that instead they will block you from ever rescheduling again . So don’t try booking your appointment online through here and then decide to cancel otherwise they will block you without giving you a reason , no warnings . No heads up . They didn’t even try to ask what was going on or if there’s anything they can do to work with me. I’m a NEW CUSTOMER and there’s NOTHING ON THE APP THAT SAYS YOU CANT CANCEL DAYS AHEAD . They lied saying I had no call no show , I told her I cancelled ahead of time & no where on the app does it say I can’t cancel & reschedule !!!! she said she blocked me from scheduling , very rude service this place is

August 16. I was at store with my two kids to buy some fish. Staff told me that my kids can't touch fish tanks, I asked my kids not to touch they were so excited and they are toddlers, but still they learned and gently watching fish. From nowhere the manager woman appeared and told me that I don't look like customer, I am not gonna buy anything and I have to leave the store immediately. I ignored because I needed to buy some fish for my kids. She stayed and constantly asked to go away. I said her that my kids never touched after I asked them, because there is no any sign that tells to customers not to touch fish windows. I started recording to get prove how my kids were acting. The outside of your building is atrocious, trash and dog poop all over even a trash can fell over because it's so full .. why ? does the manager ever look at the outside of the building? Customers can see it its been this way for years , someone should care enough to clean around the building outside matters just as much as inside I live nearby and this is a huge eye sore I won't shop here because of the outside makes me not want to enter I spared photos because someone may lose their job over it

I’m very unhappy ,disappointed and dissatisfied with PetSmart grooming salon on Roosevelt blvr. Today I brought my puppy for the service, I scheduled on line. My puppy is very gentle and lovable pet,the only things he does to strangers is the kisses,which he done to person,who take him in. When I came to pick him up, Ms Kelsie,which provided service to him said, he was biting and had bad behavior,that’s why we charged you extra (?!). When I said,this can’t be the true,she start talking to me very rude. How could someone,who is so rude and obnoxious to customers ,been loyal to pets??
