Communication needs work, but I greatly appreciate the store manager's knowledge regarding when to schedule a fitst haricit for a golden doodle pup and his professionalism and courtesy and responsiveness to my concerns. Overall, this was a good experience, despite the grooming staff misunderstanding the type of bath I was expecting (a puppy bath, without any trim).

Our man Brandon is the best employee ever. We have been saving for this 125 gal tank for about 4 months now and as soon as we were ready to purchase it happened to not be on sale anymore. We called today to check and see if it was back on sale. Brandon made sure to double check and it was on sale! Brandon had everything all set up and ready for us when we got to the store! He is the best!!

great pet store. they have all kinds of fish. some different corn snakes some chameleons. a couple of different hamsters. and of course all the various dog and cat paraphernalia one might need.

⭐️ 1 Star I’ve now had two separate negative experiences with the dog grooming salon at PetSmart in Pensacola, both involving the same groomer. The first incident occurred almost four years ago. I chose not to return for a long time, hoping that things may have changed but unfortunately, they haven’t. From the moment I walked into the grooming salon this time, the atmosphere felt cold, negative, and unwelcoming. Most of the staff appeared unhappy and disengaged, as if they didn’t enjoy their work at all. Only one groomer stood out as genuinely pleasant and enthusiastic; everyone else seemed miserable and, honestly, in the wrong profession. I wanna thank and commend Dru for taking great care of our Chow Chow. He really seemed to know his craft and was delightful to work with. I was pleasantly surprised by how he professionally groomed her. She returned to us feeling so soft and clean. She was smiling as she left and so were we. Chow Chows have a lot of fluff and he did so well. Big Thanks to Dru and whoever else helped.
