Wildlife Sanctuary of Northwest Florida

Very nice place to walk through! Multiple rescued birds. The little owl was my favorite! They also have fish making nests in the pond behind!

My sister and I enjoyed walking through. It takes less than 20 minutes as some exhibits are closed or unable to view due to public restrictions. However its a nonprofit organization rehabilitating wildlife. The owl was my favorite! So if you're close by and have some extra time, make a donation and walk through to see the beautiful birds.

Loved my experience here today! Nice shaded place so ok to go when it's HOT outside. There's 20 or so large enclosures to look at birds. Mostly owls, hawks, eagles, and vultures. Took my friend and I about 20 minutes to walk through and enjoy the views. There's even a lake with a pier at the end to look at turtles. Suggested donation is $3 but we dropped in a little more. Happy to pay it for this neat spot!

I took my 14 and 12-year-old grandchildren today and they both enjoyed it. We donated some items from the wish list and the employee that greeted us was very sweet. I like that there are some "photo opp" areas and picnic tables in a nice shaded area on the premises.

We got there just before they closed at 3, we tgought it was 5, so we only saw a little bit. What we saw definitely made us want to go back to see the rest. In our short visit we saw several owls, bald eagles and a couple of red-tailed hawks.
