I genuinely love the staff. They love my 85lb baby land seal(pittie mix). When there are issues, they are upfront with pricing, and sensitive when costs are prohibitive. They don't oversell products and are extremely responsive to calls and texts. But mostly, I know when my pup is excited to visit (and not petrified) that its the right place for us.

The team has demonstrated great care and has been easy to work with and coordinate with from out of state. Both Dr. Gandy and Melody have been excellent at answering our questions and addressing our concerns regarding our dogs' surgery and recovery! I will happily recommend anyone with vet needs or surgery to visit Costal Sunrise Animal Hospital! Thank you !

The doctors and technicians are incredibly knowledgeable, and their customer service consistently goes above and beyond what anyone would expect. They do not just focus on the reason for your visit. They take the time to explain everything, prepare you for what to expect next, and keep you fully informed. It is truly a compassionate and trustworthy environment. Every staff member shows a genuine, heartfelt love for animals, and you can see it in the way they handle, speak to, and care for each pet. It gives you so much peace of mind knowing your pets are in the best hands. We truly appreciate the outstanding care they give to all of our dogs (Peppa, Lola, Blue, Moon, Rosie, Kobe, Ruby and Biscuit 😅).

Our family is forever thankful for the compassion and dedication our baby kitty Aurora recieved during an emergency situation at Coastal Sunrise Animal Hospital. Dr. Gandy and his staff immediately took in our cat, got her comfortable and stable, then went straight to work helping her. Professional, knowledgeable and very detail oriented during her surgery. Vet Tech Tracie was amazing during the experience explaining all aftercare plans, what to expect, and signs to watch out during her recovery. She even went as far to follow up and check in with us after our kitty was able to come home to see if we had any further concerns or questions. 10/10 experience!!
