PetSmart

Found a baby kitten under my porch last Saturday and now I'm a brand new kitten owner and don't know much about caring for one. Asked for some help and guidance from a PetSmart employee and he was so helpful and sweet. Spent about 20 mins with me just helping me with all my questions. I could tell his love of animals will take him far. Thank you so much Dylan for taking the time out to help me. My little angel and I are settling in nicely and she's thriving. Smooches sends her love. 😻

Paid for the Christmas package for two dogs, when we retrieved our pets, they still smelt bad, so no upgraded shampoo, and no cologne spritz, they did not even have there bandanas on or toys ready when we picked them up, we had to remind them about the package we paid extra for. There nails do not feel like they were grinded, just trimmed. When we took them to the Fayetteville location, there nails were grinded, and they smelt good, with a minty smell. Also there breath was very fresh from Fayetteville, but not Peachtree City. We paid $160 for there packages and feel we got severely ripped off. I know they did not do what they were suppose to, because usually they tell us how one of them does not like to be dried, they just said he got use to it.

I was really hoping to walk out with a kitten today but the lady just rubbed me the wrong way. She had me fill out the application form adopt a kitten but since I was new to adopting a new pet, I was hoping she would help me out a bit. She had a micro aggression about her that made me side eye her a little. What did it was that she took all the Caucasians first, even when I was before this one lady, she got a cat before me (and it was the kitten I really wanted too!). The lady told me that she wouldn’t approve me until she contacted my landlord but I wasn’t the only one who was renting there and somehow those people gotten their kitten the same day. I felt embarrassed and upset and just walked out of the store. I don’t think I’ll be going here again.

I could have saved myself time and money by giving my pooch a home bath and trim. Entire experience was a waste of monies. No way was my dog ears properly cleaned. Haircut looks botched and uneven. My dog eyes have never looked like this after his usual grooming service (elsewhere). Look at the photos! Groomer didn’t take time to trim his belly area or private parts. Probably didn’t do his anal glands either! I’m beyond livid with this grooming experience. Awful experience. Never ever again. Misty did a terrible job! The last picture was of his groom 3/2/24 with his normal groomer which is the photo I showed to Misty. How my dog left there today looking like a stray dog is beyond me!

If I could give ZERO stars I would!!!! I took my miniature schnauzer for grooming this morning. I asked them to trim his face because I figured it was a little matted. Picked up my dog and his face is shaved. I have NEVER had this issue at the Fayetteville location. They are always able to handle his mustache being matted with no problem. If someone didn't know what they were doing, they shouldn't have touched his face at all!!!! Miniature Schnauzers are known for their facial hair and to have that completely removed is very upsetting. The pictures are a before and after his grooming today! DO NOT TAKE YOU DOG HERE FOR GROOMING!!!!!
