Isabella (Izzy) at PetSmart is amazing! I've been taking my dog, Myla, to her for grooming for over four years. After trying several private groomers who charged high-end prices and never quite got it right, I decided to give PetSmart a try. My first appointment wasn't great, but then I found Izzy. I told her exactly what I wanted, and she delivered perfectly. She's not only a fantastic groomer but also incredibly professional and friendly. When I was pregnant, she was so helpful with managing my hyper pup. I highly recommend Izzy for all your dog grooming needs!

This is by far the loveliest Petsmart I’ve ever been to. Every cage was clean, the store was clean, the animals were spunky and happy, the cat room was full of snuggly new friends. I didn’t expect to spend an hour at the pet store, yet here I am an hour later with a big smile on my face.

The salon is misleading customers as far as pricing. They gave me 1price when I came in and when I picked up my dog I was giving a higher price to pay cause they claimed my pet was aggressive towards the groomer. What a bunch of BS. I had him in previously and the groomer said my pet was great. They made up excuses so they can charge a higher price.

I bought a bag of dog food from this store about 2-3 weeks ago. I found worms in it halfway through using it and I called about returning it. I have a storage bin where I keep my dog’s food and I throw away the bag after dumping it in. The manager John at the store told me I cant return it because I don't have the original bag from the food. I even had the receipt and a pet smart account proving my purchase. He said “we wont be able to tell if thats the correct food.” I said “I guess I will just keep the food with the worms in it.” He said that is our policy and I thought that is not right. You would think if the dog food they sell you had worms in it, the manager would be a little bit understanding. He was flat out rude and not willing to work with me at all. Do not shop here! I come to this location every week for my cat's food. I genuinely enjoy the reward system for points. It does pay off and at least in my opinion they seem to have frequent sales and incentives on the cat food I purchase (Nulo Medal Series) considering im a VIPP (the highest tier reward) the amount of points you get is ridiculous and its great in the long run. (About 12 bucks in cash value) per trip
