I had an urgent surgery scheduled last minute and didn’t have anyone to care for my dog. Manor Crest Kennel took him in on a last minute basis, at a reasonable affordable price, and took great care of him. I have an intact large dog that is good with people but not other dogs and struggled to find a facility that would even have the means to take him, never mind that had availability and wasn’t an absurd amount of money. I was able to leave detailed feeding and care instructions for the kennel while a friend dropped off my dog. They were able to handle feeding him his raw food diet and accommodate his need to not be allowed around other dogs. We have been bringing our Doberman Kassius here for almost a year when we have to go out of town. Kassius can’t wait to get out of the car when we pull up and runs to Xavier. Xavier knows dogs and really knows how to handle a big, intact playful dog with ALOT of energy. Recommend to any dog owner looking for a safe clean place for the baby.

We have been using Manor Crest boarding services for over 10 years. First for our French Bulldog, Bula, and now with our Shepherd mix, Cha Cha! We have always had a great experience and appreciate the level of knowledge and care our dogs have received. Cha Cha always looks forward to getting dropped off and comes back to us well cared for. This kennel can not be trusted to properly feed your dog. Our 16 month old dog was dropped off last Thursday at 11:30am and picked up 2 days later at 3:30pm. Javier was provided with our dog’s food and given instructions to feed 2x daily (morning and night). The food consisted of exactly 4 meals (1 meal = 1 Ziploc bag of kibbles + 1 canned wet food) for feedings on Thursday PM, Friday AM and PM, and Saturday AM. When our dog came home Saturday afternoon, there was 1 Ziploc bag of kibbles and 1 canned wet food remaining in his bag, which clearly indicates that he missed a meal. We were very upset as our dog is a large breed, and at 16 months, is still growing and requires adequate nutrition.
