November 15th Saturday morning was one of the hardest days of our life. Having to put my dog down was not on my agenda for the day. My sweet girl Mia started having breathing complications and everywhere we called had us on hold or didn’t have a doctor on site to help us. We jumped in the car and just drove to blue pearl hoping and praying they can help us. I was glad they received us with open arms and took Mia from us swiftly. Probably about 30 minutes later, we were brought into a room regarding her prognosis. Dr. Munoz walked in with a light and understanding energy. Our pet had to undergo a hernia surgery, and we were so nervous, but the doctor took the time to explain everything clearly and assured us it was a simpler procedure than we thought. Dr. Bonczynski was incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and compassionate, and it really felt like our pet was in the best possible hands. The care our pup Basil received was excellent from start to finish, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and well taken care of. My dogs donate blood there and it’s been just an amazing feeling to give back as I have been a transfusion receiver, and cannot give blood at the moment due to medical conditions. My girls are always safe with Ally and she treats them like the princesses they think they are. I have had 2 dogs that needed to be put down there. Our first was have neuro issues which went into grand mal seizures and anytime and this dog was anxiety filled, he was uncomfortable and in pain, so we decided to let him go. Then this last week of Oct 2025 we had to put down our dog for advanced lymphoma. Everyone went out of their way for him and my kids came and the doctor was very sweet and pleasant explaining to them in kids terms what was happening and why it was happening so suddenly. They’ve saved my cat not once but twice in the last few years. Somehow things always happen on a holiday or like this last time, a blizzard when the primary vets are closed. Thankfully they are always open and working around the clock to nurse my sick cat back to health. When he had his most recent issue, they took him immediately and were so knowledgeable and had him starting treatment right away. Thanks to the staff, my cat is now recovering beautifully. They were so great with communication and we even were able to visit him while he was in treatment for the 2 days he was there. If you don’t know if you should bring your pet, don’t hesitate. They’re amazing.

My 4-year-old cat was scratching in her litter box all day which definitely is not normal. My vet was closed, so I asked around for animal hospital recommendations and was referred to BluePearl Pet Hospital. The staff was friendly, the wait wasn't long. I brought my cat back the next day because she wasn't any better. After a day of fluids and meds, and many tests, I took her home. The result of the tests let us know what is wrong with her. I called BluePearl several times after we came home with questions and they were always super polite and helpful. They also sent all the necessary paperwork to the Pet Insurance company. They were a pleasure to deal with and my cat is now fine.
