Absolutely unacceptable experience. I strongly advise against buying pet food from this store. The bag of cat food I received was infested — maggots, dead bugs, and even a live bug crawling inside. It was disgusting and clearly not stored properly. When I contacted customer service, they were shockingly unhelpful and showed zero concern, as if this wasn’t the first time they’d heard this complaint. Even after I offered to provide photos and a copy of the receipt from the same-day delivery, they refused to issue a refund unless I brought the contaminated bag back to the store. Who wants to risk transporting a maggot-infested product in their car? It’s completely unreasonable. I had a disappointing experience at this PetSmart location. I asked the manager a question about the crickets, and although she answered, the tone felt dismissive and not very friendly. I then asked if they had waxworms, and instead of helping me directly, she told me to check a section myself. Thankfully, another customer pointed me to where they were. At checkout, the cashier placed a heavy reptile plate on top of the bag with my crickets instead of putting the heavier items at the bottom. The waxworms were also placed upside down in the bag. As someone buying live feeders for my reptile, careful handling is important. Overall, the interaction didn’t feel very courteous, and I hope the staff can improve customer service and handling of live pet supplies.

Was there a few weeks back. Notice pee on the floor said something to a lady who I know now was apparently one of the managers. She said she would get somebody but was too busy talking to her friends to do anything about it quick. Looks like a slip and fall waiting to happen. Oh yeah

My experience with petsmart was not great at all I was overcharged and when I said something about it and the cashier blatantly ignored me I asked for her manager she ignored me again. When I called and spoke to the manager all she said was she is new shes learning. Its not hard to be nice. The manager didnt even offer to make it right with being over charged it was only a couple of dollars and I wouldnt have bother but she didnt even offer

Will not be going back to this location. Not sure if they did anything. My dog wasn't dirty since he was staying inside because of the cold, but when I got him home from the salon, I found he still had that one matt on his leg which shows me that he wasn't even brushed properly. They advertise sanitary shaving , etc. and none of that was done . I called and spoke to someone who claimed to be the manager, only for her to transfer me to someone else who also claimed to be the manager. However, the manager apparently is not a real manager as she had no recourse other than telling me to call back tomorrow and speak to her staff directly. It seems they don't really need the business, so it's probably better to go somewhere else.
