We brought our puggle Harley here today for the first time after experiencing a mind-bendingly horrible experience last week at Pet Supplies Plus on 23rd Street in Panama City. Our little man is a rescue and, although he’s not a viscous dog by any means, is pretty nervous around strangers, especially when in grooming or veterinary environments. John, one of the owners, took Harley for his grooming and everything went well. The combination of John’s confidence and patience made all the difference. Harley was in and out in about 30 minutes and that included a wash and blow dry (Harley wasn’t impressed with this l, his first blow drying, but John got it done). It was a pretty low stress experience for my wife and I and we will definitely be back.

My dog, Brandy, looks so cute after her appointment at Urban Pet Grooming. They did such a good job and the pricing was very reasonable. I asked for a short cut with teddy face and that’s exactly what I got.

This place is awesome! The staff are amazing with people and pets. Especially Jennifer. So calm, even in the middle of a dog freak out. Talented groomer as well. Will definitely bring my Akita back! Thank you!

I absolutely adore urban pet grooming, I have been coming to them with the 2 dogs and cat for about 2 years now. They are calm when your pets get agitated, incredibly attentive, well mannered, and the service provided is always 10/10. It’s always a breeze getting my pets checked in and they always look fantastic coming out! I definitely recommend.

New to the area and it was time to find a groomer for my Yorkie. Wow. Can’t say enough good thing. He absolutely looks stunning!!! They got me in right away with in a couple of hours. I was surprised they would squeeze in both my dogs. And as a new customer. I am blown away by how stunning my Yorkie Skipper looks. He’s even walking around like “look at me!” Our Frenchton “Walter” was happy too. Who doesn’t love a bath and manicure. Both boys are happy and so are we!!! Thank you!!!!
