We had our cat neutered, his recovery was great, you can tell he was well cared for, the staff is attentive, I liked it and highly recommend this place! The price is also reasonable and affordable, I paid $90 including medication, vaccine and surgery. Note: just a suggestion to improve and speed up the delivery of animals a bit, it took a little while. Still, they deserve 5 stars.

Came here for wellness exams for 3 cats. The total bill was a bit over $400. This includes all the basic testing ( I just introduced a new cat to the house) and all the basic vaccines plus 6 doses of flea medications. They gave me a very itemized bill to make filing with my insurance very easy. They were kind and polite and explained the procedures to me in depth. They were also very patient to my cats and avoided scruffing when possible ( not possible for my big cat whose part mainecoon and pretty strong ). I love this place. I live an hour away and work weekdays and having the Saturday open for care is so very nice. It's the only place for this affordability and level care that's open on weekends. Super helpful. Great service for affordable pet care. My puppy was spayed here. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. All of the staff seemed to love the animals and believe in what they were doing.

I adopted a kitten from them threw petsmart. I brought him home on Thursday afternoon. On Friday morning at 5 am he was pooping out loose stools with blood in it. I called them several times no answer and I called their emergency number several times no response or call back. I took him to the local vet and the vet told me he had bad bacteria in his gut. They vet test him works and feline leukemia all came back negative. Not even a month later back at the vets again still having loose stoles and a fever. Still never a respond from the place. To make it short 3 visit to vets and no answers. The thing is this place spades cats and bring them to petsmart and any other shop that will take them. They do not check to see it the are health or check on them after they bring them there. Needless to
