We LOVE this store, everyone is so nice and welcoming. I didn’t get a chance to get her name but the cashier lady was so helpful. She showed me how to get points and what to look out for - which is so appreciated since Petsmart is our go to for our 3 pets. Our baby was groomed by Ari, and she is incredible. He came back looking just like we asked and better even! She is super sweet and calm, Paco loves her - definitely recommend her, especially if your baby thrives around calm energy! Definitely recommend her and the store in general - Worth the drive from Casselberry!

I scheduled a basic bath for my 10lb chiweenie the day prior. I received a call 30 minutes before the appointment informing me of a cancellation due to the stylist being involved in a car accident. I then rescheduled for a later time on the same day. I also requested nail trimming and filing. When I made the appointment online, it indicated that the service would take 2 hours. However, after the 2-hour mark, I kept checking in, and they informed me it would actually take 3.5 to 4 hours. They finally called me at the 4-hour mark. While I was settling the payment, my elderly mother picked up the dog. It wasn't until I returned home that I noticed the dog was still damp and not completely dry. When I petted him that evening, I observed 3 or 4 small spots on him, which I hoped were just dry sh

Can I give negative stars? 1.shit grooming 2.lines 3.manager First time we went to grooming they couldn't do her nails.... so we went to the vet in the store and paid them to do it...m they said there were no issues so we paid 2 times. Today we went and paid 54 for a full package.... didn't do her nails didn't do her face. Didn't do her ears... those are the visable things... dis they bathe her or just spray her? 2. Lines... store always has a lime and there are always plenty of employees who could jump on and handle line... theybusually do once someone says something 3. Manager offered for me to bring the dog back... how the hell am I suppose to give them a third chance. JUST WASTED $65.... PISSED!!!!! * I WILL HAVE TO PAY SOMEONE ELSE TO DO WHAT I JUST PAID FOR!!!!!!

Don’t waste your money. I brought my dogs in for a premium bath, nail trim, and sanitary trim. They came back feeling dirty, their nails weren’t clipped, there was no sanitary trim done, and one of my dogs even had a cut on him. About five weeks later, I returned just for a nail trim, and the experience was even worse. The groomer was incredibly rude and accused me of never cutting my dogs’ nails, even though she could clearly see they had been in about a month earlier. I paid for a trim and grind, but she only clipped a few nails—leaving them sharp, uneven, and most of them untouched. I paid nearly $50 for two nail trims that weren’t actually done. I would not recommend this place at all. It truly feels like they don’t properly bathe, brush, trim, or dry the dogs. Everything seems rush

I changed my review from 1 to 5 based on previous reviews. We adopted a pet here through a separate organization and PetSmart was very accommodating. We are so happy with our puppy Tilly.
