I don’t often leave reviews because I know things happen. But I feel it necessary to leave this one. I took my 2 year old Great Pyrenees/Komondor mix to PetSmart grooming this past weekend. I booked the appointment with the same groomer who had groomed him before, without issues. This time, even with paying for the more expensive fur treatment package, my Pyrenees was shaved. Completely down to the skin, even his tail. He did have some cording on his belly and a little on his leg, but NOTHING that would have required being shaved down. It’s Winter and I never thought the words would ever have be spoken, but I have to keep a sweater or jacket on my Great Pyrenees to keep him warm. ( Athena K )Is an angel !! She did amazing on Muffins hair cut. ITS PERFECT !!!! Muffins hates going, so I haven't been in for almost a year. Every time I would pick him up he was not happy after our visits to the groomers. This time was completely different. He was happy and excited . I dont know what the others did before to make my boy HATE going, Athena K changed that in one visit. Thanks for being such a great person and treating my baby with the love he needs and deserves

I honestly love getting the boys groomed here. Today was special, Gromit usually fpes everywhere with his older brother, so this was new for him. His older brother has some health issues and is declining so he can'tcome in, or I didn't think he could. Anyway. Brie did a great job with him. He was so hairy and came out handsome as usual. Definitely booking with Brie again. Chelsea is the boys other favorite. Thank you both so much!! 💗💗

We had our Golden Retriever in for gromming. We ere luck to get an excellent groomer, Brie. Teeka was in dire need of grooming; had matting by her ears due to administering ear anitibiotic liquid every day. She needed bathing a furminating in a big way, Sge came home looking just gorgeous, thanks to Brie. We'll be back for Brie to groomTeeka,

We’ve taken our pups to Oshkosh PetSmart for years. The weekend staff is so wonderful. Due to our own schedules we had to switch days to Sundays for nail trims and baths. Lauren and Ashley are fabulous! When my Walter had had enough of the dryer recently and went to the kennel she said, “He’s a big guy with big feelings.” She is so right. My mastiff is a big guy with big feelings about not wanting to be dried. :) Both Olive and Walter are silky soft after their baths. They love coming to PetSmart to be groomed by the incredible staff. I can’t sing the praises of Lauren, Ashley, and Chelsea and the rest of the grooming crew often enough. Bring your dogs and cats and tip them well. They work so hard and make the experience the best they can possibly make it for us and our pups.
