I dropped my 6 month old kitten off for a routine neuter, 3.5 hours later they call to say he’s ready for pick up. He’s doing great, everything went well, no issues. I go to pick my kitten up 1.5 hours after the call… it was taking forever, I’m wondering what’s going on. They pull me into a room and tell me he’s just had a seizure, right as I got there. A perfectly fine kitten prior to dropping him off, while in their care, he has a seizure. No one knew why, they had no idea. Dr. Moenk “had never seen anything like this in my 15 years of practice”. Then proceeds to tell me the cat might die? A perfectly fine kitten? It was all just bizarre. The best part of this is… it’s been over 48 hours and no one has called to check on my cat after he almost died in their care. ***I’m adding the photo

Everyone at Valley Vet has been so wonderful and helpful! I brought my senior cat in for some health issues, he’s orange and ornery so he can be a bit spicy, but everyone took such wonderful care of him. Within the second visit they knew who I was as soon as I walked in the door. Everyone from techs to the front desk staff to the doctor himself are super friendly and helpful. He’s my first baby and I couldn’t imagine better people to take care of him!

I have the utmost respect for vets and vet staff. This isn’t aimed at anyone in particular on your staff, but this is so insulting. My father came in for a second opinion on his dog who has terminal lung cancer. He recieved this the same day she was put to sleep. I get you have to do marketing, but maybe think about putting some thought into how you’re doing it. Like not sending a thoughtless mailer about that pet having a long happy life. This created quite a few tears.

Wonderful place! Was able to get in a few years ago when I moved to the area with my Labrador. Every person I’ve encountered there in all my visits have been truly excellent. Last trip was a scary and urgent one for my pup. Myself and my pup were continually met with compassion, sweetness and kindly met urgency. They listen to me, answer my questions and provide valuable feedback. Highly recommend!

The front desk were wonderful, very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Our vet tech Lera was knowledgeable and the vet himself was great with our puppy and answered all of our questions ! The cleanliness of your office and the kind staff
