Amazing service and selection!! I called amd asked if they carried my pup's food and they were super kind and helpful on the phone. I usually order it from Chewy but having a store nearby is even better!! Upon going to the store, everyone inside was incredibly helpful but not overbearingly so. They carried the large bag of food out to my car for me too! HIGHLY recommend and will definitely be back!! (They also do punchcards for cat/dog food after like 10/12 bags)

Really great small business to support! Had a great experience with Lena and the a male on staff. Lena was really nice/ easy to talk to. she recommended a toy for my cat and I’m so happy I got it! My cat won’t stop playing with the toy and she’s so cute with it!

Shop retailer greeted me at the door with a smile, held door for me 😊 Was very helpful, located me right where I needed to be. Made helpful suggestions, and was incredibly friendly! Cost was very reasonable as well! Great overall experience, will definitely be coming back again!!!

They're always so helpful and nice! We always chat about our pets, and they insist on carrying the big bags of dog food out to my car. I moved up to Appleton but still come down to Oshkosh just to shop here!
